I don’t know about other families, but April and May get so incredibly busy for us, and it seemed to be doubly so this year. We didn’t plan to go anywhere for the boys’ spring break, but with a birthday party and a family wedding thrown into the usual mix of all the movies and outings I plan for us every couple of weeks — this spring felt like a neverending frenzy of exhausting weekends.

*Dear Marvel: Women Want More Avengers T-Shirts
Like most of the known world, I too watched “Avengers: Endgame” this weekend. I laughed, I cried a lot, and came away trying to recall every detail. I didn’t realize I had become such an MCU nerd!
But unlike other MCU nerds, I do not have the gear to reflect it. Why? Because I’m a woman, and Marvel/Avengers T-shirts are severely lacking.

Recently, I was asked what, in my social feeds, could I not resist clicking on outside of newsy-type articles. It took me a minute, but I admitted sheepishly that I always clicked on Marvel movie news. I probably don’t seem like the type, I suppose, but I love all the Marvel movies. I was probably destined to have boys, who knows.

There are three things I have always done since I was a kid. I have always loved to read, write and take pictures. And as time and life have gone on, with kids, work, stress pressing on more and more of my time, the time I’ve been able to devote to these three lifelong loves of mine has dwindled.
