Trin and I are in no way ready to buy a home, true, but I can’t help checking out foreclosure and probate websites from time to time. A story tonight about new, luxury homes going up for auction made me think of it, so I checked out Kennedy Wilson‘s site for fun, between stories.

You might blast me for posting this so last minute, but if you’ve got five grand lying around, you can score some property that’s got major potential in Valley Village (Radford near Laurel Canyon!) or North Hollywood (Laurel Canyon and Cantara!). But, ah, the auctions are tomorrow morning at 10 and 11 a.m. Anyway, there are more requirements for these types of transactions, but if you’re that interested, go check out the brochure (PDF).
