We were discussing this earlier today at work — what’s the difference between Sherman Oaks and Studio City? Or between Valley Village and North Hollywood? I’m pretty sure I know the differences, but I’m curious to see what everyone else thinks.

I, for one, used to live in a neighborhood called Monterey Hills. I also once lived in what is probably known as Hi-Fi now. Does it or did it ever matter to me now? Meh. But I know it is of utmost importance to many, especially those trying to sell their homes.
