The bird pictured above is one of Kip’s favorite toys. Don’t ask me why — its a hand me down, plus, it was already beat up before Kip got to it, now its really tore up. Anyway, somehow, this bird watched as Kip scarfed down his Fancy Feast.

Trin called me over to see the scene, simply because it was weird, as if Kip was teaching the bird, “See? this could be you if you don’t cooperate. I could be eating you. Life could definitely be worse.”
