I know, I know – not the most original headline. I generally dislike texting and browsing phones — I like to be disconnected so I can live, too, you know? — and I’ve never been one to jump on the tech debut bandwagon — until maybe today.

The cats want one. I’ve been watching video all day about it. BoingBoing’s post about it made me drool. I can’t get away from it.

But, I have restraint. I know better. Trinity bought me a 10G iPod the Christmas after it came out — and two months later, they came out with a 15G one for the same price. I’m not going to make that same mistake again.

Hopefully he doesn’t read this, but I plan to get one for Trin — either as a late Christmas gift or a Valentine’s gift. I predict that by February there will be another version announced. Just you wait and see.
