Birthday trip to the zoo
I’m so incredibly easy to please, that a $10 trip to the zoo will make me compliant for months…well, weeks to come. The day after Memorial Day was a perfect day to go to the zoo — sunny, not too hot or cold and no tourists to trip over. I daresay that the Santa Barbara Zoo is a far more pleasant day trip than one to the San Diego Zoo (despite the fact that San Diego has way more animals).
